Drive chain
This is a transmission chain that transmits the power of a motor or other device as tension to the driven device via a sprocket.
Small size conveyor chain
A small conveyor chain that can transport loads of any shape with a wide range of sizes and attachments.
Large size conveyor chain
This is a large conveyor chain that can be used for a wide range of conveyor lengths, conveying methods, and operating environments.
Plastic modular chain
This is a type of conveyor belt that can achieve a wide conveying surface by combining plastic modular links like bricks, and is available in wide and mold-to-width types.
Top chain
This is a conveyor chain in which the top plate and chain are integrated and connected with a joint pin. It is available in plastic and stainless steel.
Plastic block chain
This chain has a simple structure with block-shaped links connected by joint pins. Drive chain sprockets can be used.
Sprocket and Pin gear drive
These are gears that transmit rotation from the chain to the shaft or from the shaft to the chain. We also have Pin Gear Drive units that can be combined with dedicated gears to perform linear, vertical, rotational, and oscillating movements.
Cable Carrier (CABLEVEYOR)
This device supports and guides the cables of moving parts of machinery in an orderly manner, protecting them by restricting their bending and maintaining their trajectory.
Synchronous Belts and Belt Sprockets
The circular tooth profile allows for high-precision, low-noise transmission. In addition, no oil supply is required, making for clean transmission.
Reducers
This device reduces the rotational speed of the gears and outputs the power obtained from the output shaft of a power source such as a motor, thereby obtaining torque proportional to the reduction ratio.
Linear Actuator
This linear actuator uses an electric cylinder or jack that combines a screw mechanism with a gear and motor, and a unique Zip Chain mechanism to achieve high-speed pushing and pulling transport.
High-speed lifter
Our lineup includes lifters that use Zip Chain and are capable of high-speed, high-frequency operation, as well as plug and play type cantilever electric lifters.
Locking Device
This is a friction type fastening element that fastens the shaft and boss easily, strongly, and reliably without backlash.
Coupling
Mechanical elements that connect shafts. We have a wide lineup ranging from general-purpose to high-precision applications.
Clutch
A mechanical element that transmits and blocks rotation between two power transmission shafts.
Electrical controller
These devices electrically support the operation status and quality improvement of factories. There are protective devices that detect current to protect equipment, and devices that detect motor input power and can be used for feedback control.
Mechanical protector
Mechanical protectors include friction types that protect equipment from overloads during abnormal conditions, separation-type overload protection devices, and slipping clutches and brakes that are suitable for continuous slip.
